No, 16 year olds don't care about politics.
Yes, if 16 year olds can drive, they should be allowed to vote.
I don't know but if a rhinoceros can run as a candidate in a municipal election in another country, then maybe a 16 year old should be able to vote in Canada.
If anything, the voting age should be raised, not lowered.
   

Should 16 years old be the legal voting age?
