La Centrale infiltrates the St-Laurent Street Sale again between June 14th and 17th !!!
Local artists take possession of the gallery and its surroundings during 4 days.
On the menu : Bazaaar (arts, crafts and random stuff), Sketch-a-thon, Chix Hip Hop Party, Silk Screen Club House, actions, happy hour and much more...

-Team A presents : THE DRAWING ROOM 3/SKETCH-A-THON

Thursday June 14th : 11am to 9pm
Drawing marathon in which the public is invited to participate.

The Drawing Room events were organized by Team A, a Montreal based women's arts collective focused on generating freedom of expression through participatory events. (thedrawingroomevent@yahoo.com)



-CHIX HIP HOP PARTY 2

Friday June 15th : 7 to 10pm

Following last year's success, La Centrale becomes once again a «rapper-chix» space, this friday June 15th !
This time, all the action will take place in the street, in front of the gallery !
The Chix Hip Hop Party is there to let the girlz take their place in the hip hop scene, where they are still under-represented.
Girlz on the mixer, the mic, the spray-can... and more.

Women rappers, mc's and breakers are welcome to come and make some noise !
