À la demande des coprésidents, l’INM a été mandaté pour organiser une série de quatre forums participatifs de consultation.

Ces forums se veulent un espace de dialogue entre citoyens d’origines diverses où la diversité des points de vue et l’ouverture sont de mise.

Les forums nationaux de consultation sont réputés faire partie des travaux de la Commission Bouchard-Taylor. Ils sont distincts des consultations régionales menées par les coprésidents.
