WHITEHORSE HERITAGE FESTIVAL (August 1-3)
VOLUNTEER RALLY
SATURDAY, JULY 5,
2 PM – 8 PM
GOLD RUSH INN TOWN HALL
Food * Slide Show * Music
Door prize for one night in a jacuzzi suite
compliments of the High Country Inn
Take just two hours of your day to build friendships with your ethnic community and support them in the festival with:
o security – expediting – food vendor assistant
o tea ceremony assistant – Grand March assistant
o fashion show assistant - set up of tea house
o set up/take down of two tents (20 x 20 and 30 x 30)
o set up of stage risers, tables and chairs
YOU WILL ALSO BE INVITED TO THE HERITAGE FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER BBQ, TO BE HELD LATER IN THE SUMMER
