The award-winning actor is widely recognized for her lead roles on two of Canada's hottest shows: the runaway hit CTV series "Corner Gas" (6 seasons), the highest rated comedy program in Canadian television history, and the critically acclaimed dramedy "Robson Arms" (3 seasons).Gabrielle is currently filming her recurring role in HBO's 'Call Me Fitz' starring Jason Priestley. She also has three feature films coming out including 'Sisters & Brothers', 'The Guys Who Move Furniture' and 'Trading Christmas'.

Combined, Gabrielle has garnered 12 Gemini and Leo Award nominations. In 2005 and 2006 she won a Leo Award for her role as Lacey Burrows on Corner Gas, and in 2007 took home a Gemini Award for best ensemble cast in a comedy. She has also been honored by the Academy in a Salute to "Corner Gas". For her portrayal of Bobbi Briggs on "Robson Arms", Gabrielle won the 2007 Leo Award and 2009 Gemini Award for Best Dramatic Performance. Aside from her love for her craft, Gabrielle always finds time to support worthwhile causes, one of which is very close to her heart: Vela Microboard a non-profit organization that supports people living with disabilities in having autonomy and choice in their lives. She has also traveled to Mali (Africa) on a humanitarian mission where she visited World Vision projects and provided families and communities with animals, school supplies, fruit trees and clean water.

Gabrielle has been invited to be the sole female jury member at this year's Oldenburg Film Festival in Oldenburg Germany this September. Matthew Modine is this year's Jury President.
She loves to hike, walk her dog and works out regularly with her personal trainer. Gabrielle and her family currently reside in Toronto and have a country home in British Columbia. Gabrielle is happy to be back working after taking a few years off to start a family.
