Dancing PM wows Inuvik

It’s not often the nation sees Prime Minister Stephen Harper unscripted. But thanks to the persuasive powers of the Inuvik Drummers and Dancers, there was Harper taking part in a traditional Inuvialuit dance here Wednesday, thrusting fur-trimmed cowhide gloves high in the air.
