Youth, arts on agenda as GG starts Winnipeg visit

Gov. Gen. Michaelle Jean has arrived in Winnipeg for a two-day visit, which will include a visit to a children's art gallery and a short speech to children and teens who have helped reduce crime in the North Point Douglas neighbourhood.
