Born and raised in Mexico, Isabel studied law with the expectation of helping the disadvantaged. Bureaucracy and corruption made her change vocations and apply for Canadian residency. While waiting for it, she worked in administration and lived in the Caribbean. Once she arrived to Montreal, and work hard, she finally discovered what she wanted to do: work in the community and for the community. Life took her to work in administration, and she discovered her unexpected passion: organizing finances. She has 7 years experience working for non profits and she loves it. She is devoted to the cause of A is B and is happy to handle Finances in a way that is easy and not scary.
“I have worked in community organizations for the last 7 years, and I really enjoy doing it. A is B aligns with my politics and ethics and that's why I am proud to be part of this team.”
