Maha Fakih

Maha is currently an investment analyst at the JW McConnell Family Foundation where she works with the director to manage the foundation's portfolio with a goal of shifting it to 100% responsible investments. She is currently pursuing her Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon she moved to the United Arab Emirates to take courses in finance at Abu Dhabi University. In 2012, Maha moved to Montreal, Canada to pursue her bachelor's degree in Commerce specialized in Finance from the John Molson School of Business of Concordia University.

Aside from working at the foundation, she is also a member of Lebanese International Finance Executives (LIFE), the CFA Montreal Society, and Helem organization that focuses on educating and fighting homophobia in the Arab-speaking community of Montreal.
