Canadian Millennials are the most diverse population in our generation’s history and represent on average one person in four. Take a minute to think about that. With the support from the Laidlaw Foundation, we were able to develop the following report to provide municipalities with practical tools to increase and support youth engagement. This report offers a portrait of what Millennials look like today; lists some of the challenges municipalities face in engaging with Millennials; and offers practical tools to ensure youth voices and youth initiatives are being supported by local government.
