Who can join?

RISE is designed for young people aged 18-30 with little or no previous experience in volunteering who live in or near one of our hub cities: Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Halifax, or Vancouver.

Ambassador requirements:

  • Be 18-30 years old
  • Live in or near one of our hub cities
  • Available August 11th to November 22nd, 2025
  • Attending a jam-packed, all expenses paid retreat from September 12th to 14th in Winnipeg

What to expect:

  • 3 hours of in-person hub participation on a weekday night, plus 3 hours of additional tasks
  • Coordinating your own travel to and from hub nights
  • Free weekly meals each hub night
  • Completing 120 hours total to finish the program
