Run your own Street Teams

Run your own
Street Teams

Street Teams are an extension of Apathy is Boring’s VOTE Program. They're often in-person campaigns involving a team of volunteers (you!).

Events like these aim to encourage less engaged youth to vote in municipal, provincial, territorial and federal elections.

In time for the upcoming Federal Election, we want you to run your very own Street Teams. That means we'll provide you with the training and resources you need to plan an event in your community to encourage other young folks to get out there and vote!

Attend a Street Teams training

Join us to learn more about running your own Street Teams ahead of the next Federal Election: what they could look like, how to plan one, and how to get prepped for the next election!

We'll have training days in March and April, so be sure to sign up for 1 of them below:*

SESSION 1: MARCH 31ST   SESSION 2: APRIL 2ND   SESSION 3: APRIL 8TH

SESSION 4: APRIL 14TH

*you only need to attend 1 of the above sessions for the full Street Teams training

Host your own
Table Topics

Table Topics are all about bringing young people together and helping them feel comfortable sharing their views, listening to others, and engaging in respectful dialogue.

That's why we want to get you excited about having these much-needed discussions, especially with so much happening in Canadian democracy this year.

We want you to have the important conversations you need ahead of the next Federal Election, and we're here to help make that happen!

Attend a Table Topics training

Join us to learn more about hosting your own Table Topics, where you'll share a meal with community and have important convos about the election. You'll learn about what they could look like, how to plan one, and how to get prepped for the next election!
