Am I eligible to vote?

To be eligible to vote in New Brunswick, you must: 

• Be a Canadian citizen;
• Be at least 18 years old on Election Day;
• Have been or will have been ordinarily resident in the province for at least 40 days immediately before the election; and
• Be living in the electoral district on Election Day.
