The Community Connexions project, led by Montreal RISE Cohort 13, addresses social fragmentation in Montreal. The project features a community event at Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi, including a screening of a mini-documentary exploring neighbor connections, followed by interactive workshops led by community members. A toolkit with an introductory neighbor postcard will also be provided to help people build connections.
